Relational Parenting Program

Rooted in connection. Guided by attachment & relational neuroscience.

Parenting is one of the most important relationships in life, whether you're the parent or the child and often one of the least supported.

This program aims to support you in understanding your child from the inside out.

What may be driving their behaviour, what they need from you in difficult moments, and how the relationship between you holds your power to parent.

Parents leave with a deeper understanding of their child and themselves, practical tools for de-escalating conflict, and ways of responding that bring you closer rather than power struggles or resistive defensive behaviour.

For parents exhausted by the battle, peace is possible.

Over 6 modules we explore

  • Behaviour as Communication

Getting beneath & beyond behaviour to understand what it may be communicating.
  • Model of communication that connects

Differentiating between communication that de-escalates and keeps your child open & receptive to your positive influence rather than shut down and defensive.
  • Boundaries

Holding firm, loving limits without it becoming a battle of wills.
  • Parent & Child Regulation

Regulating big emotions & responding from a nervous system perspective to help your child.
  • Rupture & Repair

Conflict is a normal part of parenting, how we come back together after the difficult moments can have lasting impact on the relationship.
